Rabbi Mendel Niasoff grew up in the heart of Crown Heights, Brooklyn — surrounded by the vibrant spirit of Chabad life. After attending Jewish day school in Brooklyn, he continued his studies abroad at Yeshiva in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later volunteered in Miami at a local Jewish high school. He received his rabbinical ordination from the Yeshiva Gedola of Smicha L’Rabanus in Pretoria, South Africa. Before moving to Port Orange, Rabbi Mendel spent three years teaching in Brooklyn, sharing his passion for Torah learning and Jewish education.
Chavi grew up on Shlichus in nearby Ormond Beach, where she experienced firsthand the warmth, joy, and dedication of Jewish community life. After graduating from Rohr Bais Chaya Academy in Tamarac, FL, she spent a year studying in Tzfat, Israel — deepening her knowledge and love for Judaism and inspiring others with her enthusiasm and kindness.
