Menlo Chabad is a welcoming Jewish community in Menlo Park offering Shabbat experiences, holiday celebrations, Jewish learning, children’s programs and events.
Menlo Chabad was established in 2024 to serve the Jewish community of Menlo Park. Everyone is welcome, regardless of affiliation or prior level of knowledge. Our purpose is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where every Jew can explore, experience and celebrate Judaism in a personally meaningful way.
Menlo Chabad is a local, independent and financially self-supporting entity. Every dollar that we receive comes from the generosity of people like you. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are fully tax deductible.
In October 2024, Rabbi Dovid and Esty Geisinsky, along with their daughter Luba, moved to Menlo Park with a mission: to build a warm, inclusive Jewish center where every Jew feels at home, regardless of background, affiliation, or level of observance.
Rabbi Dovid, originally from Brooklyn, New York, studied in Chabad yeshivas across North America and has led Jewish outreach worldwide, from London to Nigeria, Venice to the Virgin Islands. Esty, raised in nearby Palo Alto, grew up in a Chabad home and has been involved in Jewish education and event planning in communities across the U.S. and beyond.
