Ganeinu Long Day Care and Preschool

Ganeinu (pronounced ga-nay-nu) is a community-based early learning centre located in St Ives, on Sydney's North Shore. Serving the community since 2008, we are now at 27 College Crescent, part of Chabad North Shore. In November 2020, we were rated as "Exceeding" the National Quality Standard for Education and Care, including our After School and Vacation Care program, Gan Izzy. In October 2024, we were once again rated as Exceeding the National Quality Standard.

At Ganeinu, every family and child is warmly welcomed, regardless of cultural background. We have a “home away from home” environment, incorporating Jewish traditions and values into our educational programs, while fostering a culturally diverse and inclusive community.

We offer, flexible hours between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm to accommodate working families. Our centre provides daycare and preschool for children aged 2 months to 6 years, with various fee and care arrangements.

Our educational program aims to maximise each child's future potential, focusing on their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through a Whole Child approach.
