Founded in August 1998, Rabbi Yisrael and Toby Baron established Chabad of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida to create a vibrant, welcoming Jewish center where every individual and family feels at home.
What began as a small storefront has grown into a thriving community hub, expanding to a larger location to serve the needs of our ever growing community. Today, Chabad of Sunny Isles Beach is a place where Jewish life comes alive through learning, celebration, connection, and purpose.
We proudly offer programs for all ages and backgrounds, including Hebrew Club at Norman S. Edelcup K-8, Bat Mitzvah Club, Children’s Story and Craft Programs at the Sunny Isles Library, meaningful volunteer opportunities, engaging family and community wide holiday celebrations, adult education, and daily morning, afternoon, and evening services and Shabbat services.

Chabad Lubavitch of Sunny Isles Beach is a synagogue in Sunny Isles Beach, led by Rabbi Yisrael Baron.
There is a synagogue on the premises. There is a Judaica shop. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged, courses from the Jewish Learning Institute are taught and public lectures are held. There is a library.
For children there is a Hebrew school, after-school programmes, a children's club and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have a teen club, bar and bat mitzvah instruction and a bat mitzvah club.
They officiate at weddings and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, looks after the elderly and distributes food packages.
There is a women's group. Mezuzos and tefillin can be checked here. The building is wheelchair accessible.
