What they offer
Chabad Center for Jewish Life and Learning of London Ontario is a Jewish community centre in London, led by Rabbi Mendel Gurkow.
Visitors are welcomed for Shabbat and holiday meals. They kosher kitchens for the community. A mikveh is available.
Classes run regularly.
For children there is after-school programmes and a mother-and-child group.
Older children and young adults have a teen club.
They officiate at weddings. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, visits Jewish prisoners and looks after the elderly.
