ChabadEdmonton.orgChabad House in Edmonton, AB, led by Rabbi Ari Drelich.
Under the Leadership and guidance of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, Chabad Lubavitch of Edmonton is part of the worldwide Chabad Lubavitch movement. Established in 1991, Chabad Lubavitch of Edmonton is dedicated to increasing the awareness, knowledge and observance of Judaism in Edmonton. Its purpose is to reach out to all Jews, regardless of age, affiliation or level of observance, and bring them closer to Judaism.
With G‑d’s infinite blessings and the generous support and involvement of the Edmonton Jewish community, Chabad of Edmonton has grown rapidly during the years since its founding. Chabad of Edmonton extends a welcoming hand to all Jews. It is a full service organization responding to both the material and spiritual needs of the Edmonton Jewish community. Through Holiday celebrations, Torah classes, Sunday Hebrew School, Summer Camp and more, Chabad reaches out to the Jewish children, teens, adults and elderly of Edmonton. Chabad of Edmonton is an energetic and effective adversary to the forces of assimilation that threaten the Jewish community. To this end, we have touched the lives of thousands of Jews. As we expand our efforts, we intend to touch thousands more. Chabad Lubavitch of Edmonton gives people the opportunity to examine the foundation of their religion and to truly understand and experience the wellspring of Jewish life, tradition and culture. That wellspring is Judaism...unadulterated, unchanged, pure and true just like it was over 3300 years ago when the Jews stood at Mount Sinai and received the Torah.
