Chabad of Williamstown

Chabad of Williamstown was established in 2025, to serve the Jewish Students at Williams College, the Jewish community of Williamstown and the surrounding areas. Chabad of Williamstown is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of affiliation or prior level of knowledge. Its sole purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment to explore and experience Judaism's warm and relevant spiritual inspirations in a non-judgmental and inviting atmosphere.

Since its inception, Chabad of Williamstown strives to meet the needs of the community with religious services, and social events, as well as an array of programming including: Holiday programming, cultural events, Hospital visits, campus outreach etc.

Chabad of Williamstown is a local, independent and financially self-supporting entity. Every dollar that we receive comes from the generosity of people like you.

Rabbi Mendel and Tzivia Volovik moved to Williamstown and founded Chabad of Williamstown in 2025.
