I was born on a farm in Boulder, Colorado and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Go Steelers!) I studied in yeshivos in Brooklyn, Israel, Australia, and London. After our marriage, Hindy and I moved to Bogota, Colombia as Chabad Emissaries. In 2002 we were blessed to become the Rebbe’s Shluchim to Skylake and have been doing the Rebbe’s work in Skylake ever since.
Chabad needs YOUR help to do its amazing work. Contrary to popular opinion there is no Central Chabad organization that funds Chabad of Skylake. Every penny of operating expenses, salaries, and program expenses must be raised locally. Please become our partner.

Skylake Chabad is a Chabad house in North Miami Beach, led by Rabbi Rafi Rosenberg.
There is a synagogue on the premises. They kosher kitchens for the community.
Classes run regularly, one-to-one study can be arranged and public lectures are held.
Older children and young adults have bar and bat mitzvah instruction.
They officiate at weddings, circumcisions and funerals. Couples are prepared for marriage.
The center visits patients in hospital, visits Jewish prisoners, looks after the elderly and distributes food packages.
